Is there a limit to the number of budgets I can create?

No, there’s no limit. You can create as many budgets as you need.

How does Huggg ensure privacy?

Gift senders don’t need to know the recipient's personal details, like their address, ensuring compliance with GDPR. Recipients have the freedom to choose their preferred gift, adding an extra layer of privacy and personalisation while ensuring gift recipients receive something they’ll love!

Can I track how the budgets are used?

Yes, through the Huggg dashboard, you’ll have complete visibility into how budgets are used, including who is recognising whom, why, and how much they’re spending.

What if a team member doesn't use their budget?

Unused budget can roll over according to the rules you set, or it can revert back to the company’s main account. You decide what happens to unused funds.

Who do you give budgets to?

Businesses usually either opt to provide line managers with budgets, or to widen it out to the entire company. The choice is yours! 

Can budgets be personalised for each individual or team?

Absolutely! Huggg lets you tailor budgets to fit each person’s role or level. Set up separate programs based on seniority, number of employees, department, or any other variable. 

What if managers overspend?

With Huggg, you can have peace of mind that gift spend is limited. There are two steps to this. Firstly, managers only have access to the budget you've given them in their account. After that, you can also set 'gift restrictions' like maximum price per gift, or excluding particular items, so you always stay in control. 

What I see what gifts have been sent?

Yes, we offer a Gif History reporting tab where you can see what gifts have been sent, who to, and with what reason codes.
