FAQs
Who prints the cards?
We can either give you a print file for you to take to your own printer, or we can manage this all for you with our white glove service. Most of our customers opt for the latter.
What are the cards made of?
They're cardboard and we have a range of finish and thickness options to choose from. However if you'd like to get more adventurous, then get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
What options does the recipient have?
It really depends on what you want to offer them. Most of our customers opt for one of our Gifts with Choice, which are carefully pre-curated selections that enable the recipient to choose something that suits them best, typically from a shortlist of 10-20 items.
However if you like it can be one single item only, and something as small but mighty as a cup of barista-made coffee.
Can I send to my global employees?
We have options across the EU. If you need to cover other areas too, speak to us and we'll see what we can do to accommodate this.
Is an app needed to make them work?
No. A recipient just needs to use their phone to scan the QR code in the normal way, and the gift choice opens up in the phone's browser. No apps or logins needed.
Can I see who has claimed a gift?
If a manager makes a note on the system each time they hand out a recognition card, you'll be able to see exactly who did and didn't claim their gift.
How long is the expiry date on the cards?
You can set the expiry date to whatever suits you best when you make the order.
