The questions we get asked most

Is it actually free?

Yes, and it's the thing people ask most. No platform fees, no per-send charges, no per-claim costs, no minimum order. You pay for the gifts and that's it. Like most services, there are paid add-ons if you want things like custom expiry or your own branding on the gifts, but the core platform costs nothing. 

I'll have to get this signed off internally. Can you help with that?

Yes, and please ask. We'll put together whatever your sign-off actually needs: the numbers, a one-pager for your CFO, a written business case. We'll join the conversation with your exec team if that's useful. Building our case for us shouldn't be your job.

What if we're only researching?

Fine by us! Most people who book are weighing up two or three options. Come with questions, take the answers away, decide in your own time. We're pretty passionate about Huggg's ability to help, so there's no pressure here.

Will this really take just 15 minutes?

Yes. We'll book longer if you want longer, but fifteen minutes is genuinely enough to work out whether Huggg is a good fit for you.
