Why is it free to use Huggg?

Huggg is free to use - no monthly platform fees, no per-employee charges, no setup costs. We do that by including a small margin in the gift price, similar to how a retailer works. That means we can keep the core platform free, unless you choose to upgrade for additional features. If not, you only pay the gift prices you see - with platform access and gift delivery thrown in. 

Do I need to create an account to send gifts?

Yes, you'll need to create an account - but this means you can check back to see what you've sent and to who. The great thing is that your recipients don't need an account to claim their gift - they just click a link.

Can I schedule for a gift/voucher to be sent at a future date?

Yes, you can schedule sends for the future. Perfect for those who want to get their festive gifts all wrapped up early.

How long does setup take?

What's it like to receive a Huggg?

There's no need to create an account or log in, when your recipient is sent a Huggg gift. They just open the link, choose their item, add their delivery details and... that's it! Low friction, low impact - but a big impact.

How do I send higher value gifts?

On our app, we cap the highest value gifts and gift cards for security reasons. If you're looking to spend more per gift, that's not a problem - reach out to our team and we can get that sorted for you.
